Very well maintained park. Mobile homes look in good repair and I understand you own the land not rent. What a plus.
Great place! Met some nice people there.
Okay manufacturered home village. Older homes. No amenities. Clean. Not elegant, but decent safe housing for 55+
Own the land and just have HOA maintenance fees.....rather than outrageous lot rents in other parks running from $850 - $1050. Of course purchasing a home and lot is much more expensive than just purchasing the home.
This is a place where everyone comes to feel and enjoy the breeze and to catch fish... the place is awesome to come especially in the night.
