Envision Auto Sales

After seeing the carefully taken pictures, we thought that we found the perfect truck. We quickly called Stevie Berry, one of the dealers at Envision Auto Sales, put down the $100 deposit and drove four and a half hours to meet for a test drive. Upon arriving we realized that we had been lied to, as the “flawless exterior” described didn’t mention, the cracked windshield, four extremely rusted out rims and major scratches and dents in the body. Upon test driving the truck, we noticed that several warning lights were lit up on the dashboard including; check engine, brakes, airbags and wheel sensors. There was also an abnormal, constant whining hum from the engine that I’m pretty sure was the alternator going out. We returned from the test drive and described everything we had experienced and Stevie kept telling us that we could just buy it and that they would fix everything after. Extremely disappointed, we declined, at which time Stevie turned his back, walked into the office and locked the door! My wife and I were dumbfounded and we spent the next four and a half hours driving home, also wasting $50 in gasoline. The next day I called Stevie to remind him about returning the $100 deposit as agreed, since there were issues with the truck and he rudely hung up on me. My wife’s email to him concerning our expert was responded with sarcasm and rudeness! We are doing everything we can to inform others about Stevie and this dealership!

Honestly trash they act like the cars work went there and it was nothing like the picture it was total wreak. Save your time find a better place. The guy Camille was a liar, tired to make it seem better then it was.
