Utah Public Auto Auction has amazing customer service! I primarily worked with Jamie Duran. They provided top quality service throughout every single part of the process. I flew in from out of state to purchase and felt comfortable doing so because of the care and trust we built in such a short amount of time. Just finished closing a deal for a BMW X1! Best Customer Service Experience EVER!!! The Utah Public Auto Auction team is absolutely amazing, professional, and efficient. They are experienced and have the best quotes in Utah! I would have given them 10 more stars if I could!!!!

I had been car searching for so long and because of my credit i never had the best of luck however Isabel and Jamie made it easy and a great experience for my first car. There was a wide inventory and great customer service. Definitely recommend. 👌🏼

This place hands down provided the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it and Jamie is phenomenal. She did everything she could to make our experience the best she possibly could. Utah public auto action has very hard working staff, great communication, and is where I’ll be going for all my auto needs.
