I was helped by Skyler, and I had an incredible experience. Being from Idaho, he helped me by answering all my questions and helping me get everything together for financing. Once I was at the dealership, he was just as kind and helpful. I have been to many dealerships while searching for a used car, and this was by far the best experience. We just bought a van, (our family’s first minivan) from TJ Chapman Auto and we are so pleased with the overall experience of working with them! Not only was the price amazing, but the service was great!
There were little hiccups as there always are when purchasing a vehicle, but every step of the way we were able to be in contact with Skyler the sales guy, Jose the mechanic, Lori the GM, and TJ the owner, and they were quick to help find resolutions to any problems or question we had.

I was searching for Electric cars available in my area and came across one posted at TJ Chapman Auto. The reason it stood out was the price. it was $2 - $3,000 less than any comparable sales of the same make and model. When I arrived for a test drive I discovered warm and friendly staff with a no-pressure sales approach. I bought the car, which was in excellent condition, and am very pleased with my experience at TJ Chapman.
I don’t write a lot of reviews but this business deserves recognition. I went to TJ Chapman the other day to buy my second car from them (had the first for 3 years with no problems) and worked with both TJ and Lori. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. No pressure sales approach but they were available to help with all my questions. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be future repeat customers ourselves.
Found a great deal on a great BMW x1. Mint condition. Drove it off the lot and it had a minor error needing fixed a month later. They fixed it for free even though i signed i was buying as is. Love this place! Will continue to use their Mechanic as well.
