I needed to sale my car and went in. I was told I could count on a certain price and that I could wait to sell until a few days before my cross-country move. I waited and went in and they docked an additional 1,000 dollars. They were inconsistent with why it was less. They were short and rude with me and refused to come up at all in price. After being a loyal customer for over 6 years, buying 2 cars from them, and only using their service department, I was taken advantage of in every sense of the word. Absolutely do not get yourself stuck with Ken Garff or their sales department when trying to sell your car. Do not listen to their advice. And try to sell privately. I wish I had, but instead listened to their advice and am now out an additional 1,000$ and now have a horrible experience prior to my move. Yikes yikes yikes!

This dealership was phenomenal to work with! Ayla listened to what I was in the market for and had several vehicles pulled up for me to look at when I arrived. There was no pressure to buy and I never felt haggled. Once I made up my mind Ayla again showed me various options to fit my monthly budget needs. When handed off to Erin to finalize and sign, I felt completely at ease. She clearly explained additional options I could purchase, but again never pressured me to purchase them. Both of these ladies were a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending this dealership to everyone!

Thanks Jake for the quick and efficient service last week. Our trunk latch had broken. Jake and his team went right to work on it. They had me out of the service bay before I had gotten done with my computer shopping. The best of it all was they had the part, and covered it all under warranty. Thanks again.

EDIT: They contacted and gave me a refund for the oil change and apologized. I will probably give them another chance in the future and hopefully it's a better experience. I increased my rating because at least they have decent customer service. So I went in for an oil change and a couple recalls. When I got there they told me that they were at half power and could only do the oil change. That's fine, not their fault. With the oil change done I scheduled for next week to do the recalls. Well then I noticed that they didn't use full synthetic oil. Not a big deal, just a little disappointing. So I go back for the recalls and they spend a half day on it. I go pick it up and drive home only to notice that my brake lights are permanently on. One thing they had to replace was the brake light switch. I call them but they can't do anything until the next day. Well of course my battery dies overnight and I have to jump it and take it in, for a third time, and get it fixed. All they did for me was they told me it was a simple fix, that they were sorry for the inconvenience, and sent me on my way. Do they not check to make sure they've done things correctly? Long story short, I won't be going back there.

Alex and his manager was great to work with! They kept things up front and honest and helped me trade in my car for a SUV that fits the needs of my family. For the first time ever from a dealership I was offered GAP coverage and extended bumper to bumper warranty with 3 oil changes and tire rotations built into my loan for a very low and affordable price per month. A little extra security for any unknowns.
