First experience of servicing here. Price was a bit high.
Jackson and Sean made this process super easy for us. Jackson listened to what we wanted and gave his suggestions. He was super easy to get along w/ and wasn’t too pressuring. I never thought trading in a car would be so simple. I would highly recommend having Jackson as your salesman. Sean was the finance guy and he made it so simple, explained everything very well and got us right where we wanted with our payments and our interest rate. We ended up getting a chip in our paint while driving gone from dealership, we contacted them and they are repairing it for us at no cost. These guys are awesome and the bosses should get them a beer for all the hard work!
Greta, one of the salesperson there, was super nice, we loved having her. We were in a bit of a hurry that day and she was so understanding that she made sure that all of the paperwork signing was done quickly but made sure everything was done correct and in order. I would highly recommend her to just about anyone who comes to KGN. Dear stranger, if you so happen to be reading this, and also plan to look into buying a car at Ken Garff Nissan, Greta O’Brien. Just head inside and ask for her. Her hospitality game is on point! Next time I come in, I’m heading straight to her office.
We purchased 2 NV 2500 cargo. Jack was amazing. finance had everything put together, such a pleasant experience. There was some minor issue with one of them, door damage, Eric was awesome. he stepped in and had it taken care of. This is how it should work at every dealership. Very happy with my experience buying a van at Ken Garff. I was looking for a specialty item (a 4x4 large van) and they were able to fit my needs. I was very happy with the way that Jackson was able to help me. If there were any questions I had he either knew the answer or got it for me quickly.
