MUCH RESPECT to the Ken Garff Volvo Dealership! We are from Twin Falls Idaho and recently purchased a 2014 GMC Arcadia. These guys a EXCEPTIONAL and AMAZING. They got our deal done in a matter of 4 hours over the phone... couple of days later we drove down to get our rig. It was just as beautiful in person as it was on the website.... everything listed actually. After a week of having our new Arcadia we had an issue.... quickly got a hold of the dealership and our salesman Josh handled our unique situation in a very personal and professional manner. He TOOK CARE OF US as promised. The used car sales Manager did EXACTLY the same! We APPRECIATE ALL of you that worked with us and will be not only a repeat customer in the future but be assured we WILL BE sending referrals your way. It's OUR Promise to you! tl;dr Alex, McKay, and service team saved us on a roadtrip. They are the best. Be us - driving home to SF from seeing family in Colorado with a 1 year old and dog in the XC60. Making our way on a typical 2020 road trip thru wildfires, smoke, snowstorms, wind storms, power outages, covid, lost toys, Moana on repeat, crying etc. Middle of nowhere car starts complaining to check its engine - cool cool. Panic, then google volvo dealerships. Find Ken Garff Volvo Cars in SLC. Call to see what to do... Mckay says we'd typically need an appointment, but graciously talks with service team (Alex) and says we can bring it in first thing in the morning to get checked out no problem. Relieved, but still dreading what may or may not be wrong. Show up early and pull into the service area where friendly folks wave us in before Alex comes over and quickly remembers the context before taking the car and saying it might take an hour to figure out what is going on... 30 minutes later he and the team have fixed a recall issue and replaced an engine part under warranty at no cost. Bonus, he washes the car before bringing it around and sending us back on our apocalyptic roadtrip. By far, the best and most helpful experience I've had with a car service. I had a great experience buying my Volvo XC90. There was a small problem after the first week with my car and Moises, the sales associate I worked with, took care of it. He went above and beyond. I am very happy with my new car.
