Bought yesterday from Kyle Blanchard, and had an ideal experience. From the first interaction and throughout and the day AND into the night, Kyle was quick to respond and answer my questions. He made lots of commitments to me -- and by the next day he had delivered on them all. The closing process was fast and his team communicated well and clearly with me. Ask for Kyle and you'll be glad you did from start to finish.

Just purchased a Discovery Sport from Land Rover in Salt Lake. Kori Criddle and her team were amazing to work with. Quick responses. Incredibly detailed and took us through many different options to make sure we found the exact vehicle. The actual purchase transaction only took minutes and Kori personally delivered our new car. We appreciate their trust, patience and service. Additionally, we appreciate Land Rover's support towards the athletes of U.S. Ski & Snowboard!

Customer service from Kori and Jeremy was amazing! No pressure, easy to deal with. Kori even came in on her day off to bring my daughter roses for her first Land Rover purchase! That was amazing! The whip itself is super bad a$$, that whole lot was full of great rides.. When it's time for me to upgrade I will be going there first.

I have been in the market for a new vehicle for some time. My experience at Downtown Salt Lake Range Rover was truly exceptional. Kyle was a tremendous help to me. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and didn’t engage in the sort of high pressure tactics that are all too common when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and Kyle in particular. Terrible Experience With Service so far. My wife and I took our vehicle in after scheduling an appointment back on OCT, 26, 2020 with Eric Thomas for some warranty work. Although Eric has been great and I have zero issues with him the rest of our experience has been terrible. Originally told it would be 3-4 days and were not provided a loaner vehicle because they were out, we were told. They then updated us that the part could be 3+ weeks out, and we did have to call several times for a loaner vehicle. Felt like pulling teeth for something we were promised we would always get when we purchased our Range Rover. The vehicle provided was a means of transportation but had a lot of restrictions, which for a week or so is fine, but not longterm. After 2 weeks were updated and told the part came in and it would just be a couple more days. After that couple days, no call back from them. We called back in and were told they found a coolant leak. So they were going to fix that. We were fine and happy with that since we wanted that fixed. but of course it would be a few more days. After that time elapsed we called again and then they informed us they had found an issue with the Supercharger and they would be fixing that. A little annoyed at this point that they keep telling us its almost done and then its not, but glad they were fixing it. This week we were planning on going out of town for thanksgiving and we were headed out of state. We have been in contact and they keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow since last Friday November 20th. Finally they called us today (after telling us yesterday it would be done today) and informed us they cannot figure out whats wrong with it (referring back to the original warranty issue) and that they may have to get another part since that one is faulty.... Are you kidding me? You don't know whats wrong with it? You're the manufacturer service center and you cant figure it out given a months time? Also we were told this was fixed weeks ago but they kept finding other issues? Just feels like we are being misled or fed wrong information. That is my biggest frustration. So day before thanksgiving, we have a loaner vehicle we cannot take across state lines and that we cannot put our dogs in. This has been a terrible experience and due to their lack of communication and terrible service we will be missing our families thanksgiving. We just want our vehicle fixed and back to us. This is terrible. We wont be working with this dealership again in the future in any aspect.
