Mall At 163rd Street

They have good staff, usually this branch is busy, but they work fast.

It nice place to shop but not many stores and restaurants like it use to be. It's dead in there. They need more shops, a food court and a movie theater like they use to have

Help at store is hard to find some times and many times they do not know their own inventory or location of inventory, so u will have to spend time searching

just like the rest of the malls in South FL. stores empty as if they packed up over night, and the stores that we're open had no customers and out dated merch..

Very sad what's become of this mall, which I so enjoyed as a child... I hope it can return to its former glory.
