I was impressed with how clean the car was and how honest the staff was. I didn’t feel any decoration or like I was getting a bad deal. The staff answered all of our questions and did their best to make the car what we wanted it to be. There were a couple repairs we asked for they said they could do, but then couldn’t which was unfortunate, but that’s all the negative I can say. I would go here again.
Went in this morning to look at a civic. The gentleman helping us had no idea what was for sale on his lot nor could he tell us about any of the cars including the civic. The civic we were looking at did have a salvage tilte. It wasn't very clean inside. Mud on some of the trim. Seat had dirt on it. When we test drove it,we parked to do our own inspection. The car had fuses/wires hanging that weren't plugged into anything. I'm not a master mechanic, but I do know that open wires and unplugged fuses isn't exactly a good thing. When asked about the open wires no one had a clue. At this point things were shady. We asked what he was offering and he couldn't tell us till we pulled it up on the website. He then proceeded to tell us that it was wrong and that his partner must have done that because he was going to raise the price. We then left. Take what you will but this place is pretty shady
We just bought a vehicle from Sam And it was the easiest thing I’ve ever bought that requires a loan. My wife has extreme anxiety when it comes to buying cars because we have found that most car salesman are shady, Sam is the complete opposite and often times would bend over backwards for us to make buying the car stress free. Also they sold us the car below market value so that we were not upside down after the loan and everything got factored in. I can’t wait to buy my next car from them.
