We could not be happier with the job that was done in repairing our roof and rain gutters. The crew left our home clean and looking perfect. This is not the first job they have done for us, and we would not consider calling anyone else if work was needed, either on our home or our rental property.

Phillip was very professional, explained everything we needed to know, their quality of work was amazing, the workers were awesome, very clean brought their own dumpster to throw the trash, and finished in 1 day! Highly recommend this company for roofing!! Thank you guys so much!!

I am a transplant to Las Cruces from the DC area and I was rather surprised that the HVAC blower was mounted in a enclosed platform about 10' off the ground. This shingled platform developed a leak and the first attempt was correct the problem was unsuccessful. This company was suggested by Angie's List. I contacted the company in the fall of 2019 and a Mr. Ortiz came out and provided an assessment of what needed to be done to stop the leak. When I decided to use their services, I mailed them a deposit of half of total costs. I suggested that they could schedule a time to do the job early in 2020. Here's why the rating is 3 stars rather 4. One day this year, I noticed a shadow outside my bedroom window and wondered who could be in my backyard. When I confronted the men, they told me they here to repair the leaky roof. I told them to proceed. Since I had not contacted the company about scheduling a time for the repairs to be done, I called the company about their coming unannounced. The receptionist said she would contact Mr. Ortiz about my concerns. Amazingly, later that week, the same thing happens and when I confronted the men, they said they were there to complete the job. Unfortunately, when they were here the first time they didn't bother to inform me that they would be back to complete the job. I again called the company to express my displeasure. This time Mr. Ortiz called me and said would like to come out to check on the quality of the job. Mr. Ortiz arranged a time. When I saw Mr. Ortiz, he apologized and said he spoken with his men about these incidents. During his inspection he decided to return to do some touch up work. Since we have had a least 2 instances this winter where the location of my home experienced protracted periods of rain and I have noticed no evidence of leaks, thus, I have paid the balance owed. So, you should make it clear, if you engage this company that they should arrange with you a date and time for conducting the job.

They are the best, starting with Mr Walker himself. Very attentive to our needs, professional and the quality of their work is far beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this Company.
