I have to say the customer service at Sunglass Hut is excellent I purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses and when I got home I realized that the frames were too big when I wore a baseball cap which I wear pretty often I returned it for an exchange the very next day salesperson was extremely nice and I had no problem whatsoever great company

I was gifted a pair of oakleys from sunglass hut a few years ago. Twice now the lense screw has come loose, been lost, and causing the lens to fall out. Both times I went into the store and explained and they repaired the glasses no questions asked. I didn't need to provide proof of purchase or warranty or anything. They also cleaned my glasses when they were finished and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to buy my designer sunglasses from sunglass hut from now on thanks to their amazing customer service.
