This is a review of an issue I had today dealing with both locations. I have been using princess for over a decade. No exaggeration. My parents, both retired Yarmouth firefighters and myself a United States Marine Veteran, trusted them with our uniforms for years. I will never use them again after the experience I just had.nnI left my very expensive suit with them. I asked about an alteration and she said it could all be done by Thursday, which would be next day, great! I even said have a nice day and see you tomorrow as I left.nnI came back and the woman with short hair told me she had sent my suit to s Yarmouth and then she rudely told me that it would be ready NEXT Thursday not today. If she had said any of that previously I would've gone somewhere else. I was told this with an attitude while her young child pretty much was having his way with the store taping slinkys to the front desk and writing on it! Awesome.nnI was then told to drive to S yarmouth to the other location to get my suit. Now, I have a job interview tomorrow and my suit hasn't been dry cleaned but it gets worse!nnThe woman in south Yarmouth was rude from the get go when she figured out I was there for my suit. She then told me all she had was my pants! At this point I am pretty frustrated and expressed that both pieces should have never been split or someone should've brought the other piece to Yarmouth port for me. Never mind the miscommunication about when I needed this by.nnIt turns out she was the screwed up one. Both pieces were there and she picked up my jacket and crumpled it into a ball with my pants and threw them on the other counter for me, so she could attend to the next customer, a police officer.nnI asked for a hanger and she threw it down on the counter. Like really? That's how you treat my suit for me?nnI have never been disrespected so much over a mistake that THEY made. Instead of trying to rectify this and keep a loyal customer, she threw my suit into a ball and asked that I leave.nnI will NEVER recommend this business to another cape cod local again. The help they have hired in both stores provided the absolute worst customer experience I've had to deal with. It is not the same nice people that have been in there for years.nnDo not trust them with your clothing.
