Beware of this company. We paid a fortune to have rugs cleaned and asked for the area rugs to be relaid. We told the company we needed two guys because there was heavy furniture to move. They assured us no problem just an extra cost which we said was fine. When they got here one of the guys (Greg) refused to lay the biggest rug because it had a pad and was going under a bed that had two adjustable platforms (twin size - not real heavy). Edward was very helpful and appeared willing to do the work but Greg got very indignant and called the office and told me they could /would not do the work. I told them we would assume any liability but just to please help us. They “kindly” waived the relaying fee (considering they did not do it!!) had me pay the bill and left us with a total mess. Needless to say we will never use them again and use whatever recourse we have to warn others.
