Ordered a couch and was told it would take 6 to 10 weeks. After 12 weeks they asked for the remainder of the money which we gladly paid as the couch was in. Now it’s been over 13 weeks and we have been told that it was going to take yet another week for them to deliver it 5 miles down the road. Do not recommend doing business with Barbos as their customer service is poor. The girl who does the scheduling started screaming at my husband when we inquired as to why the delivery was taking so long when the couch was in their store.

I ordered a $3000 secretion all. And the original deliver guys could not get it into my house. They put it back on the truck. When I called the store and spoke with one of the owners. I was told that it was a special order and the drivers should of left it basically on my lawn. I could pay a 20% restocking fee and merchandise credit for the difference. My boyfriend called them back. And the next thing I know is they are offering to re-deliver the sectiob. When MY BOYFRIEND would be home. I am so insulted as a 52 year old woman who paid good money to this company for the sexist customer service they provided. However the second more experienced delivery crew managed to deliver the sectional. And we’re the most gracious delivery team I have ever had. However I will never buy anything else from this company based on there customer service handling of the conflict resolution.
