Set up appointment with Amanda in the office quickly and efficiently. Loring came to the site on time, was extremely professional. His installation team reflected his same service standard, on time, efficient, professional installation. One of the most professional contractors I have had the pleasure to work with, happy to recommend him. An excellent value.
This has been by far the absolute best home improvement / contractor experience ever! From the very beginning the communication has been excellent. Every single person we have dealt with is responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Loring is great, as is his whole team. The quality of the workmanship is superb and they have tried to do everything possible to make sure we are pleased with the final project (we are ecstatic). I can’t recommend them highly enough. Every single thing they said they were going to do, they did. And they did it WHEN they said they would. That practically NEVER happens in kitchen or any kind of renovations! Thank you!
During virus emergency owner did not respect social distancing. Quoted price was twice market average and phone person was rude and insulting when I said they were not competative. I would not reccimend giving them any time.
Great until something goes wrong. If you do not know exactly what you are doing, do not count on them to do it right. Make sure you have and are willing to pay a good contractor.
We love our new granite countertops. The folks at the Countertop Stop were so helpful from the beginning of the project to the end. Everything went so smoothly. The workmen were friendly, helpful and professional. They took care of all the details. We were very impressed and pleased with everything! I would highly recommend them.
