Stuff looks like ou t is shipped in from Vietnam and other countries and assembled here.
We went to mill store in Dennis Ma. to buy unfinished 24 inch stools on tax free weekend. Items marked on sale for $66.99. However we found some marked at $39.99. Guy was nice enough to take 20 percent off. I argued for sticker price. Another worker said you want my job? We found same thing with 30 inch stools as sale price exceeds sticker price. I asked did you mark them up for weekend? He assured me not. Later I checked website and indeed IT IS the lower price. Looked like price gouging is going on.
What the hell happened?you guys used to have 24 stores all over New England! How did you manage to lose them all??? So sad to see this.nnThe Mill Stores was a great company. 20 years ago i was the first manager of the Malden location. Mr Baroni was such a kind man.nnAs for the actual review....these people use high quality products from reputable vendors. I wish theyd expand to mores stores again. Theyre great people and if youre in the area i highly recommend you check them out!
Great price. Nice men
We have been pleased with the items we’ve purchased from this store - a colorful finished/painted wardrobe cabinet and an unfinished double dresser that we brought home and painted ourselves. The drawers all have nice quality slides that function well and prevent accidentally pulling the drawer all the way out, a problem we have had with a much more expensive dresser we purchased at a different furniture store in the past. Both items were a good value for a reasonable price. We would shop here again.
