My understanding is that this is one of the oldest spring training facilities in baseball. It didn't appear that way from the fan side. They've done a great job of updating.nnAlso the folks that work the park are amazingly friendly. We were more than impressed by their charm and hospitality.nnIf given the opportunity to attend a ball game there, I highly recommend visiting.

What a day at LECOM park. We were there to root for the Tigers. My handicapped stepson had on Tiger gear. A Pirate fan came over and gave him a game ball despite his Tiger cap and shirt. After six innings in the sun I asked an usher if Sam could have a seat in the shade as he burns despite sun screen. The usher moved us to the third row behind the Tiger dugout. As if this wasn’t enough, another usher gave Sam a second game ball. All this and good hot dogs and craft beer. Love this place.

My favorite local Spring Training ballpark. Good selection of food and beer, which is essential for enjoying baseball properly. This park is fairly decent in terms of size and honestly it’s an impressive place to walk around during the game.nnOf course parking could be better, but you just need to plan ahead and understand the park is located along a rather busy street. The park is located in a business/industrial district so many local businesses will happily accept your money to park on their property. Be prepared to walk, but understand, you won’t need to walk far!nnYou can pregame at the brewery across the street, but there are no nearby restaurants close to the park (that I saw).

Park was limited for game attendance so not crowed. It was clean and lots of space around vending areas. Parking next to park for 10-20 dollars.

Beautiful park with ample parking close by. I agree with the many who profess that it's the best ballpark for spring training anywhere.
