Bradenton Utility Billing

Broke our hose when they were working in our yard... TWICE! Destroyed a pipe under the road and we now have no water pressure. They blame us, but we never had a problem until they created this. During this problem they also created a sinkhole in our street. All employees need more training so they don't destroy home owners property.

Every year I get 2 letters with different account numbers saying I have not had my pipes tested when they have been testednYou can never call and talk to a personnWho can I report this departments repeated errors/neglagence to?? Hello stamps, labor, ink and paper cost money and according to a few testing companies this is a problem with many residents

Don't use the night deposit to pay your bill. Employees don't check it and they turn your water off and fine you for them not doing their job
