Went to roundabout gas for a state inspection. First thing, the owner George gets in my vehicle and puts it in reverse gear and while the car was still rolling backwards he jammed it into drive, which is really bad for the transmission. Second he put it up on a pump jack on one side of the vehicle and lifted the car, which is not necessary for the inspection. By lifting the car on the jack the tire pressure sensor light came on and it’s been on since then. The light was never on prior to my visit at the roundabout gas in Chatham. I will Never go back there and I will tell all my friends and local people I know not to go there!!!

My wife and I were visiting our son in Chatham Mass. for a couple days.nHe had a problem with the fuel tank filler tube had a leak of gasoline from it. It was hard for him to get an appointment anywhere, because of his work schedule.nI saw a policeman from Chatham and asked him where could I go to a good place to get this issue solved. He recommended roundabout. We went and ask the owner if he could help us with that problem and also a problem with the brakes in the front, the driver side window would not go up or down, asked to have an oil change done,.nThe owner said he would call later to let us know what the cost would be to have these things repaired. He called us as he said he would and my son ended up calling him to see when the work will be done. All the items on the list we’re done in record time, Done well and very pleased with the work and cost.nA great no-nonsense business and we are very appreciative of the owner who took care of our issues.

Went in looking for washer fluid. They didn’t appear to have any. Asked the clerk who was aimlessly walking around the store if they had any. She looked perplexed and I clarified for the wipers. She lead me to the empty shelf. I see you don’t have any here but do you have any, “I don’t know, I know nothing about cars”. Left shaking my head.

George is a great guy...honest and reliable. I use a wheelchair and i live up the street from him. When ever I have car problems he will pick up and drop it off.
