Hunters Nightclub Wilton Manors

I went here on 1/6/21 and was drugged along with my girlfriend and friend who lives in the area. We got up for a moment and about 20 minutes later were experiencing the symptoms of being slipped ketamine. This was a memorably horrific experience. I do not seek personal retribution but I would suggest nobody go here (this was on a Wednesday!!!) and that someone conduct an investigation into this matter. FYI, we each had just one rum and soda and experienced a worse reaction to alcohol than ever in any of our lives and this lasted about 6 hours. Horrifying experience.

I love this place but tonight on 11/05/2020 the server that we had was not showing good customer service at all. I've paid for my drinks and he have yet to come back with my change. If i could i would rate his customer service -10 and he haven't come back to see if we wanted to order anything else,he knows we were waiting for him but he kept looking in our direction but kept proceeding to help other customer. I WILL NEED ANOTHER SERVER ON THURSDAY NIGHTS

Me as a customer service manager believes that sometime our employees make mistakes, but the way I was handling tonight at hunters night club was the worst experience I ever had. I placed an order with the waiter at 11 pm at 11:40 I still was waiting for my drink. At that time I begin to address the issues with my waiter. The bartender who had on a red under shirt with a tattoo on his right shoulder come from behind the bar very unprofessional begin to yell at me at the top of his lungs telling me don’t talk to the waiter like that But he didn’t have a idea what I was speaking to my waiter about. And trust me when I say I was very professional with my waiter. So I begin to ask the bartender for his name and ask if I can speak to someone over him due to the way he had approach me. The bartender said the manager is off. So I saw someone who knows me very well who was off the clock at the time of the incident and inform him of what had transpired with the bartender. Then i was informed that the issues will be rectified. But I come here every Tuesday night and spend $100 dollars or more and thats not with tips. Yet alone have party here because of the Environment that hunters have. Just a month ago one of my good friends had the same issues with the same bartender. Instead of speaking on the issues when are we going to to start holding people accountable for there actions. Moving forward I don’t think I will be patronizing this establishment anymore. me as a customer service manager and a female impersonator of the lgbtq Community does not approve of this type of behavior this really left a unsatisfying taste in my mouth. Even if the bartender suspect that I was yelling, it was not his place to address the issues that’s why they have Trained security and management for that. “ONE TIME SHAME ON ME TWO TIMES SHAME ON YOU” now Me and my friends don’t have A Tuesday night hangout spot after a long day’s of work because of this place. Stop putting Band-Aids on the situation find a solution

Nice music, airy atmosphere, nice decor. Great wines and drinks, and hunks on the TV screens.

Honestly, if I could leave less than one star I would. We were greeted warm by the hostess and seated promptly. Then we sat for about ten minutes waiting for a server to come to us. My friend then went to the bar asking if he could order a drink and the bartender said a server would be right over. About another ten minutes later no one had come up to our table but, the servers went to every other table near the bar and serviced them multiple times. So I then went to the bar asking if I could order a drink and Brandon asked where I was seated and told me he would be right over. Another ten to fifteen minutes pass and I saw Brandon go to about 6 different tables but still never approach the table I'm seated at. I have never been so blatantly ignored nor disrespected. Brandon has the worst customer service and honestly deserves to be let go. I am highly disappointed.
