NCG Cinema - Palm Bay

Very enjoyable. I depend on a Walker to get around and The staff were very nice and helpful. The theater was very nice. Would go here again.

When this theater first opened, I was a frequent visitor. Between the great concession prices and comfortable seats, I was sold, but lately I’ve noticed that there was clearly a switch in management. It shows in the worst ways possible. Suddenly lines are backed up with the man working the register uncaring and taking more time than necessary to take orders. Everything seems discombobulated and it seems that there’s a been a steady decline in quality with just about everything, including staff. Employees I’ve watched rise through the ranks during my visits are suddenly absent and the genuine care I’ve experienced at their hands is now gone. But that’s bit even the worst of it. During one of my trips there, not only was the theater was mess with popcorn all over the seats, but there was MOLD in the theater. Just disgusting, but also not the only health concern I had with my visit. The GM told me that I didn’t have to wear a mask in theater at all and I heard him telling that to multiple people! I understand that you can’t wear them while eating their concessions, but not to wear them at all?! Just careless with their patron’s health and definitely against what I certainly hope it corporate guidelines. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I’m going to pass along my experience to friends and family. While AMC may be a little more expensive, I’ve never had such a poor experience there, and they’ve got a movie pass, to boot. NCG shouldn’t expect my patronage anymore, nor that of those I know. Just appalling, and so very disappointing from such a previously good theater.

Great place to watch a movie, comfortable reclining chairs as well. Highly recommended

I love this little theater! They redid it so now it has extremely comfortable automatic reclining chairs.nnThe leg room is greater than any movie theater I've ever been to in my life. There is tons of room.nnThis theater is great for tall and big people since it has all the extra room. I wish more movie theaters and other establishments had this much leg room.nnOverall, it's a great theater and worth going to.

Very clean and safe during this COVID time . Everyone is 6 feet apart from each other so it makes it easy for you to buoy your movie and not worry about anyone near you if you worry about your safety .
