A lot of stuff everywhere
Ollie's is an interesting place to go to. They have a little bit of everything. You do have to look carefully at what you are buying. Items are best and banned around so much that frequently you will grab something that is broken. Definitely check prices. They do not have great deals on everything.
Well worth the drive. I was really surprised by the selection. They had two registers open so we didn't have to wait long even though people in front of us had full carts like us. Everyone I met was helpful
Don't get me wrong, the prices are pretty darn good but honestly the best part is the customer experience I had. I went to Ollies for the first time today (11/28/2020) with my wife. The associates were very friendly and efficient. Priscilla ran to find several prices for us on items we were interested in and she was warm and pleasant. Joshua was our cashier and he was both friendly and professional. The store overall was much cleaner than what I have come to expect from other discount stores and I was sincerely impressed. If this is the norm for this particular Ollie's location I will definitely become a consistent customer.
Great bargains, but customer service needs much improvement, had a line at check out and asked one the associate's if she could help and she flat out said no.
