I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE ACTUAL STOREnnI've purchased several items off of their online sales that they host. They are quick with invoicing and quick with shipping once the invoice is paid. The items are packed securely and no visible shipping damage was seen on any of the items I've ordered. Prices are reasonable for the collectible figures that they are, as is the flat-rate shipping.nnWould recommend.
Situation arose while shopping for a board game to play. I agree with the owner and the stance they took as to mask policy.nnHowever I didn't agree with how the situation was handled.nEspecially when customers are piling on in the insulting of a patron that was being escorted out due to mask policy.nnThe patron in question was being abrasive and spewing all kinds of nonsense,when it could have been a simple thing of do as asked or leave.nnI was disturbed mainly over how the conversation kept escalating,rather than allowing that,the conversation should have been one-sided once it was painfully obvious that the patron was being abrasive and uncooperative.nnCalling people names in that situation was uncalled for on both parties,but the patron was a face in the crowd,your business is KNOWN and established think about that for a minute,and consider that male CUSTOMER that was slinging insults at that woman, REGARDLESS to how SHE was acting,he only made the situation WORSE.nnHe should have been told to leave as well for his bad behavior.nnJust because you can doesn't mean you should.nnMe nor my money will be back, there's other gaming stores to shop at.
Someone I know went here recently and pulled out a bunch of back issues from long boxes that were priced only to have the employee at the register mark up a priced book 400% because it was what it was on ebay. You should honor your marked prices period! It is your job not the job of your customers to go through your back issues and search for books that have gone up in value & you should never punish a paying customer for finding a good deal. I hope you get what is coming to you.nTerrible business practices
Best Comic/Toy store in the world! Great employees and prices on everything. Love these guys!
Not honoring prices on books is a pretty piss poor tactic that will only work against this business. One customers bad review can and will influence hundreds if not thousands. No one wants to deal with a shady place
