Cruise Planners Travel

I have used Cruise Planners (Phil & Linda Stern specifically) for several cruises. The level of customer service they provide is stellar! They are very knowledgeable about travel in general and always willing to answer my many questions. In addition, there's always the added bonus of on-board credit we receive from them.

I am currently using Cruise Planners Travel (Linda and Phil Stern) for a trip for 9 people to Cancun over the holidays. I am so impressed with their service. They are so knowledgeable about traveling, and are providing us with excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Linda has been such a hugh relief! I have only been on 1 cruise and I won that, so everything was taken care including gratuities & airfare. I contacted Cruise Planners to book a Norwegian Cruise for Feburary 2020. Believe me I probably have driven Linda crazy with all my questions & requests, but she has been the utmost professional during this process. My best friend & I are soon to go on a vacation of a lifetime with no husbands, and we know that whatever we need will be handled quickly & beyond professional!! Highly recommend using CP. Just returned from land vacation booked through them. Had a small hiccup at the hotel and it was small only because Linda jumped on it and made sure the issue (no fault of theirs) was taken care of. You can feel confident you just won't get an answering machine. The personal touch ..equals good business. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Felicia
