We were planning to add a fence to our property and wanted to verify our property layout and lot lines. Did some research and was impressed with TS Land Surveying's credentials and experience. Initially contacted TS Land Surveying via their website and got a response within a day. We had a call and discussed project. The owner, Tom, was great to deal with on the phone, email and in-person. We finalized his work proposal and he gave me a date when work would begin but said he may start research earlier if he could.. He arrived the Saturday before the start date to do site research and said he would be back on Monday. For the survey, he spent several hours measuring and staking my property but also uncovered key monuments on my land, as well as in the neighborhood to cross-reference his measurements. He was very thorough and professional in verifying his work. We would recommend TS Land Surveying for their professionalism, experience and ease to work with.
