Rush Historic District

That creek is so beautiful. Clear as gin, with rock outcroppings. Loved it.

An interesting excursion. A visit is well worth your time. Off the beaten path but easily accessible. The ghost town of Rush and the Peppersauce Alley area of Calico Rock are Arkansas treasures. They both allow a glimpse of the past that is both informative and imaginative. Walking tours are well marked with great signage in both places. The mine hike at Rush is a must if you are in shape and have the time.
