Our experience with Right at Home was positive because of the excellent care provided by Katrina Staats. She made such a difference for my father-in-law--keeping him comfortable and lifting his spirits over several weeks. It gave us real peace of mind to know he was in her care.
Zach with Right at Home-Winchester is a caring and sweet young man who takes care of my dad with dignity. He has a nickname for him that coincidently is the same as what we occasionally call him. His care is shown when he is gentle, kind and patient, as my dad is slow moving and very stiff due to the Parkinson's Disease. Thanks for making those of us who do not live close by comfortable that my dad is well cared for!
Lovely staff and management! Pete and his team are extremely flexible, understanding and accommodating. Kaleah Scott works with our family member and she is great! She is always on time, attentive and dependable. She will help out in any way and very kind-hearted, cheerful and supportive. I highly recommend Right At Home for your caregiving needs!
