We have had to reschedule our honeymoon on three separate occasions due to Covid and the original all inclusive resort shutting down..nKathy and Bob were a great help and very patient with our needs and concerns in each step of our honeymoon and finding the next resort with extras!!
I was very unhappy with the service I received. They are very unresponsive. It took a few phone calls and emails just to get a hold of someone. Then, when they did respond they took a week between emails. I reached out to cancel my reservations due to Covid-19 I was told it wasn't refundable but I can transfer it to a different date. I have yet to hear back from my last email regarding transferring.
Cathy is excellent at matching your trip to everything that you want to do. She made our trip planning very easy. We are looking forward to our upcoming trip.
