I ordered a chair for my mom for mothers day and I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Cape Cod Beach Chair. For starters, I requested an extra embroidery element in the comments, and they quickly replied to say they had received my note. In addition, I live out of state so they checked to make sure that I really meant to select 'pickup' - my sister was picking it up.nnWhen the chair was in production I received a text from someone regarding the embroidery - the font I selected looked WEIRD for the letters I had selected and they brought it to my attention and suggested an alternative that looked SO much better.nnI can't wait to buy another product from this team - I enjoyed every part of it. And here's the finished product with a very happy Kim and her awesome beach chair.

Service today could not have been better on July 11th. My wife took me to the store for me to pick out a chair for a Father’s Day present. The staff was occupied with a very rude customer who threatened the staff with a poor review due to an order mix up. The young lady working there waited on us immediately after the rude customer and was very professional and helpful. It must be difficult running a small business in the midst of a pandemic and dealing with rude people does not make it easy. Bravo to the young lady for being professional and helpful! I cannot wait to sit in my chair!

I ordered two very expensive chairs on the phone with Justin on June 29.nI drove several hours Road trip from Greenwich ct to Harwich Ma to pick up my chairs that I paid for. Justin ASSURED me they’d be ready today July11th. The girl at the desk said chairs not here nor was Justin there. The other guy peter knew nothing either. Poorly run business plus I got a dose of attitude from the girl at the front register. I just asked for a refund and I Would never recommend this place. Go anywhere else and you’ll pay less and get better quality and service. STAY AWAY FROM CAPE COD BEACH CHAIR CO

Absolutely THE BEST handmade beach chairs!!! Choose your fabric from their vast selection of colors and then pick out your own custom stiching you would like to have woven into the chair. They do a lot of Patriots however since it is my review the Yankee's!! :)
