Had the steak tacos absolutely delicious. Will be back to try everything else on menu! Gentleman that ran the front was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu.
My wife and I were driving from Ontario to North Caroline and we had an stop at Winchester, then we ordered food from Maria's Pupuseria since it was close to our hotel. The moment I had my first bite of Carna azada dish, I forgot how exhausted I am for driving long hours. The food smells great and fresh, taste incredibly delicious, large portions and fair prices. Awesome people working there and they deserve a 5 star review.
The pupusas are the real deal. Despite hiccup with the online ordering (so I recommend that you just call and order) the quality of the food is top notch, so 5 stars!
This was the best food experience I have had in along time! I have never had Peruvian food before. The food was unbelievable and the serve was excellent. I will be going back without a doubt.
Glad this place is no longer a secret to me! The quantity and quality for the price, plus the friendly, happy to help staff are all factors that make this a place I look forward to visiting again and having the leftovers ASAP! I had no expectations and it was my first time trying this cuisine so I don't know how close it is to the traditional flavors, but I'd be shocked if I went to Peru or El Salvador and didn't have the same dishes with the same delicious flavor!
