Casco is my “go to” plumber since the horrible flooding in my area in 2018. Now I use them for all maintenance/preventive needs. Once again they came to my rescue. On Sunday I had a major sewer back up into my master bath tub, shower, and hall bathroom tub triggered by a load of laundry.. Anthony worked on my problem for 2.5 hours cleaning and snaking with last step being the camera down the sewer line. All is good now. Anthony provided professional advise on prevention for the future. I am so grateful to Casco Plumbing!! Thank you again Anthony!
We were very pleased with Anthony and Casco Plumbing. We had an issue with our kitchen sink and garbage disposal on Friday afternoon and other plumbers said they wouldn't be able to help us until Monday. The woman I talked to when I called Casco was very friendly and pleasant and said she could squeeze us in for the next day, and we were happy to learn they don't charge extra for coming out on the weekends! Anthony arrived the next morning and in no time our drain was clear and we had a new disposal installed. He was great, explaining the issues and what he was going to do, and the price was reasonable, especially because he was able to clear the drain without having to snake it. He also recommended a product we can use to help prevent future clogs. We will definitely be calling Casco for any future plumbing issues!
Amazing service from scheduling all the way to the installation of my new water heater. I received 4 quotes from area plumbers based on a few of my neighbors recommendations and decided to go with Casco. They showed up on time, went over several options and didn't pressure me to make a decision. The quote they gave me was right in line with the other quotes i received but the fact that they do the maintenance (flushing) free of charge under the warranty period is definitely above and beyond. I am so happy to have finally found a go to Plumber that genuinely cares about customer retention rather than the quick buck.
Cole R came out this morning and replaced our hot water heater. He was able to tell us what was wrong with it and what option we should take next. Cole was thorough and straight forward and let us know different prices. Needless to say he helped us in our final decision to replace the heater. He was efficient and worked very professionally. Cole was friendly, respectful, and fast at his work. We will definitely go with Casco for our next plumbing service!
