Company states 24/7, unfortunately my mother called last evening due to a Emergency leak!! Here it is 11:27 a.m. the next day!! Last evening was Sunday and yes a holiday weekend perhaps the company needs to state in their advertising that they do not answer calls on weekends and holidays!!nAt least a courtesy should of been given. So much for 24/7 folks!!
