Drake and Donnie are two of the best technicians that I have ever encountered (in any industry). They were very professional, quick, and honest. I truly cannot say enough good things about Powell's Plumbing. I called two different plumbers in the area and neither returned my call. I called Powell's, not only did they pick up immediately, but the woman on the other end was very nice and had someone come out to my house 2 hours after I called. I was afraid since they were a company, they would be expensive, but surprisingly they weren't. Going forward I will use them for all of my home needs..water softener, septic, plumbing, everything. ** I wish I could give them more that 5 stars. Thank you! Hope

I asked Powell's Plumbing to inspect and pump a septic tank at my home. The technician arrived at the time they told me he would.nnBilly was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly located the septic tank, pumped it and explained its condition. I needed no further work beyond the pumping. He was careful and left my property in as good a condition as when he arrived.nnI have always had city water and sewer before this house. The technician answered all my questions and provided advice and tips about how to maintain my septic system for trouble free operation.nnWhen I find a business I like; I stick with them. The neighbors will be seeing Powell's trucks in my driveway again.

Outstanding and professional service done in a timely fashion. Powell's delivers both honesty and integrity! The two gentlemen sent to me were so kind. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Very satisfied with this company. I'll both use and recommend them.

I am a proactive/slightly paranoid homeowner about the septic system (seriously who wants to deal with that potential disaster ud83eudd22) so I call for routine maintenance every 2 years just to be safe. Billy came to our home yesterday to take care of us.He was fantastic, such a pleasant guy to deal with. Thank you Powell’s for continuing to provide such great service for us!

Billy Frye and Tyler were wonderful! They were at my house within 2 hours of calling, friendly and navigated my crazy driveway with ease. This is the 2nd time I have used Powell’s Plumbing and you can bet I will continue to do so while also referring all of my clients to them.
