I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. My car was damaged from front to back on the right side and required extensive body work. From the initial greeting by the receptionist, throughout the repair period, and when I came back to get the car, the team was friendly and constantly kept me informed about their progress. The facility was clean, modern and appeared well organized, and the coordination with Enterprise for a rental was onsite and seamless. Most importantly, the quality of work was excellent, the work was completed early, and the car looks better than new. If we need collision repair work again we'll definitely be back to Caliber Collision.
I've been to other collision centers and I'd say this was the best one. Great service, kept me informed the whole time and, I was deeply satisfied with the repairs they did to my bumper. Paint matched perfectly.
Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my daughters car. They kept me posted on all work done and even gave me an exact date it would be done. I noticed that my daughters steering was steering to the right and I called Larry and he told me to bring it in and they would fix it no problem.
We took our car her because our insurance company requested them but believe the insurance adjuster here is bias claimed that we were liars - not cool. Now we have to come up with money to fix our car. This is so wrong.
I literally could not have asked for a better experience. From the people (Erica & Bob) to the end result. Timely and flawless repairs. Thank you!!
