Employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice ease of access to highway. However, the AC/heat unit looked to be falling off the wall and was very old (not digital). Wallpaper pealing from walls. Needs TLC.
Nice room, beds sleep well but very disappointed that it was not what was posted online. No breakfast really (gave a small bag with a little granola bar, small can of orange juice and a little piece of pound cake) when they advertise a hot breakfast and pool was closed and the lady told me when I checked in that it has been closed all year, when they say and show one online. If these things are no longer available then it should have been updated online, these two things was a big reason that I booked a room there for three nights with my family. Definitely should have stayed where I stayed a month ago when I was in the area where I had access to both these options but thought I'd try here as seemed to be a little better deal but not no deal after all. Very disappointed.
Very welcoming and clean. Didn't have to ask for anything. Decently priced.
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Pool and gym were closed because of Covid and breakfast was a grab and go continental but otherwise was great.
The hotel front desk staff is wonderful. They are very friendly, kind, and accommodating. The hotel is in good condition but what we found disappointing is the bagged breakfast they give you instead of the old buffet. Maybe a bagel or a croissant instead of that sugary piece of cake.
