What an amazing hotel! The property is new, clean, and modern. The rooms are minimal but still provide all the necessary amenities you need when staying at a hotel. The pool is beautifully designed and very nice for relaxing. But the best part of this property has to be the staff! They are friendly and authentic. I had left my phone charger at the previous hotel I had stayed and Brandon at the front desk offered me his PERSONAL phone charger to use. You don't find customer service like this anywhere today. I look forward to future stays at this hotel.
Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Cleaning wasn't as good as I hoped. Very dusty. Wheelchair accessible rooms are nice and large. With multiple accommodations. Bath tub however has no grip and was problematic. Otherwise all was lovely.
Just ok. Hotel is new but it’s very minimalist. To each their own on preferences for amenities. Just writing a review as front reception staff was playing pool and sitting watching TV all day. I didn’t feel comfortable while lounging in the lobby area. I guess that’s allowed and a perk while on the clock.
Hotel is very clean, staff was nice however here are the downfalls....walls are so thin you hear everything above you and to the sides of you. People above us were so loud you could hear every step, the refrigerator also seemed to make a noise all night, traffic noise from highway and industrial park is very loud keeps you up. Dog barking at 4am and the pool is advertised as heated but water was super cold although pool room itself was heated and warm. Don't expect that I'll stay here again but staff was very nice and tried best they could to help.
Ok, for an overnight when you just need a place to sleep, but I would not stay here longer. The rooms are extreme minimalist, no closet, no drawers at all, very small desk, laminate floors, no coffee maker or microwave. They do provide some of these items in the lobby, coffee is pretty good.. but the breakfast is just drinks and a snack (likely due to COVID). The rooms are clean, the bed pretty comfy, but the linens were not great - clean but comfy.
