Can attest to others and the incompetence of the workers here. I even spoke with the director of operations after going through MONTHS of trying to get enrolled by Sherri Banks. She forgot, had to reschedule, etc. When asked how to file a complaint I was told I could send it to the director of operations (herself), who seemed completely unfazed I took the day off of work to do the intake. Stop playing with people's lives.

They are no help what so ever they force you to go to their office because they never answer the phone and when you get there nothing is going on for them not to...

This place is a joke , please save yourself the headache and get the letter of completion at the end of your asap class. Because they DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH COURT SYSTEM, and there is a 50/50 chance you will get a capias for not enrolling or completing the classes . Please dont let them continue to bleed you dry by keeping you in the system. These people have affected me and my family so much by the blatant lack of professianlism and care .

You people need to learn how to answer the phone ! Always want money but don’t answer and comple hours of operation are nowhere to be found !
