My daughter and I both got hairs cuts this morning. The girls were polite friendly and the salon was spotless. We were greeted when we entered and so was everyone else. We have always been GREAT CLIPS customers.

I signed in online and came in after I received the text. I waited less than 2 minutes to be taken back and my stylist was really patient and kind. I had to get my hair washed/dried and cut for donating it, so the haircut was free. The washing was heavenly and the stylist’s personality is why I rated this 3 stars instead of lower. It looked fine when I saw it with the mirror, but when I got home my husband noticed a long piece of hair in the back and longer on one side in a few places.nnDisappointed that my hair was just simply supposed to be cut in a straight line and it wasn’t done correctly.

I went to this store to get a haircut. I wanted about 2-3 inches off. (About to my shoulders) I came out with about 5-6 (AT MY EARS) which can I say doesn’t look good on me. I will never go back ever and I don’t recommend it. If you want a great cut go to supper-cuts. I wasted 22 dollars today. I have to figure something out to make it look half way decent. Thanks great clips for the worst haircut I’ve ever received ever.

Great experience! Checked in online with a 15 minute wait and was able to be taken back as soon as I got there. My hairstylist, Kendell, was really sweet and did a great job on my hair. I'll definitely be going back to see her again.

I got my hair cut by Candi, and she was one of the kindest people I’ve met! She talked me through everything she was doing, gave me recommendations for products to help get my hair healthy, and was just over all a pleasure to be around! I’ll definitely be coming back!
