Dr Brown is amazing and cares, but his staff has a lot to be desired. His staff is non compassionate and treats you as if you are bothering them if you call and ask questions or email through my chart. I had surgery yesterday with Dr Brown he is impressive but I will not return to his care because of his staff or lack there of.... you are only as good as your staff and this staff is sub par to say the least.

The problem is not with the physician, but the lack of concern or kindness observed by his staff who are very rude. A patient should not leave the office feeling worse than when they walked in.

Both Dr Brown and his affiliate Greg Morel are great doctors. They preformed a knee surgery on me after a bad car accident. They did an excellent job I had no infection after surgery and am able to walk almost 100%again. I would recommend them to anyone. I always felt important and was always treated with tremendous generosity. Thanks guys.

Sitting here now, for a follow up visit, been in a room for 45 minutes, not seen a sole. Appointment at 9:15, just had interaction with a PA at 10:25. Last visit I was here for 2.5 hrs and they couldn't even read the xrays. Have been here 3 times and not once seen Dr Brown. I'm walking around with a broken shoulder blade and torn rotator cuff since mid Sept and have no clue what I am supposed to do and I don't think they do either. I have been in the hospital dozens of times for busted up body parts and these guys are by far the worst group I've ever encountered. Go see Winchester Orthopedic Associates or Dr. Knutzon in Martinsburg. Wish I could have, but with the great healthcare plans out there those good doctors don't take the insurance I'm with anymore.
