Great experience. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dr Winfrey. Is Great!!!! Very personable. Loved talking to him. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this Doctor , and his office and staff. 5 stars all the way

Nice guy but 1 1/2 hour wait and still waiting behind five others to be seen (they have been waiting even longer than I have).

Dr. Winfrey is a great Dr. I highly suggest him to anyone who is honestly wanting to be clean. However, if you are not serious about being clean and being in complete recovery, then he wouldn't be the Dr. To go to. He is nice and cares about his clients and their well being. Basically, if you're only going to get medicine, as a rebound, and have no intentions of quitting street drugs, he will find out through drug testing and discharge you. I love my WCMHC Dr and team. Honesty is always the best policy!!!

Every time I went to one of my appointments, the wait for this doctor was ridiculously long. So after waiting 2 to 3 hours, my appointment would be less than 15 minutes.nAnd he’s the only doctor I’ve ever had be so mean, nasty, hateful and get me so upset. I changed offices and I am so much happier!!!

He listened intently, has a very personable approach and never overmedicated me. We worked together on fine tuning what meds worked for me.
