I found the two women at the front desk to be both rude and lazy. For some reasons they just don't return phone calls. My experience is congruent with many others rating this practice. I have read where Dr Geib is very good but I never saw him. I think he should bear some of the blame for the way his office is run. The majority of their patients I am assuming are elderly. These folks shouldn't have to put up with this nonsense. I scheduled an appointment with another group.

The Doctors are great and the care that you receive is excellent 5 star for them. However their office and billing are not! receiving bills for items that are already paid for and then they(billing dept) expect you to prove it, keep in mind this is for prescription items that they will not hand you until you pay at the office in person in full! Always pay with someway of tracking never pay with cash at this location

I can't express enough how much I recommend this place. I went in this past Friday for a procedure with Dr. Geib and he was very personable and informative. He also did a great job calming my nerves by just talking to me about Football and anything else not related to the procedure. Before I knew it the procedure was over and in less than a 24 hour period I was feeling great! If you are considering having a Vasectomy I would definitely consider going to this practice.

My husband recently had a procedure here and he has nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Geib and the nursing staff.nnHowever, there is a blonde woman in reception who I thought was very rude. She acted annoyed when we checked in and then, while I was waiting for my husband, I watched how she interacted with other patients. Most of the patients were elderly and she wasn't friendly toward them and just tried to rush them along. I thought it was really sad. I hope it was just a bad day for her.

I figured I'd finally leave a review after over 5 years going to SUS. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I have been exceptionally happy with the doctors and staff of SUS. I was referred to SUS by a close friend, after discovering that there is a strong history of prostate cancer in my immediate family. My experience over the years with SUS has been nothing short of fantastic. Dr Geib is a fantastic doctor, and is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Casey Minor is the Nurse Practitioner who usually sees me, and she is amazing! Casey takes her time and actually listens to and works with the patient to come up with manageable solutions. From what I've seen, she treats all of her patients like family. The administrative and nursing staff are also very good. I actually look forward to my visits to SUS!
