The owners and workers are so friendly and they do awesome work. I love visiting their salon. The atmosphere is relaxing.
There were a lot of customers and seemingly the lady who did my feet and nails got anxious to get to more people or money and did an extremely poor job. I got a mani/pedi. Nails uneven and unflled leaving edges jagged and cuticles undone and rough. Filled an almost empty bottle of polish repeatedly with remover to thin it out instead of just getting a new bottle. Left half of each toe nails unpolished and seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. Then in return painted my who big toe and had to get it off. Polish on the hands separated and rolled up. I'm extremely dissatisfied but I'm sure this is not the best they have to offer. There were way too many customers that they appeared to be familiar with. I may return there someday but Definitely will not let the same lady do my nails. She should have paid me instead. I want to post a pic but don't see that as an option here.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! SLOW!!! I HAD TO COME 5 TIMES IN A WEEK TO GET MY NAILS FIXED. They don't speak. THIS SALON WILL NEVER DO MY NAILS AGAIN.nnThey do a great job with pedicures though.
Not good service, acted annoyed to do the work, cut me twice with Drexel in one visit poorly shaped and did not listen to what I wanted
