It’s sad to see the decline of this mall. The potential is there but the stores in it are horrible every store in it should be shut down and replaced besides target, foot locker and bed bath and body works. I wish they would open up better stores and not trashy stores like DTLR, Manhattan, jimmy jazz, Spencer’s and the 800 nail and massage shops that NO ONE shops at. What they need to do is shut down the whole mall and revamp it. Only open stores that people would want to shop at. Furthermore they need to have many restaurants in here that families from across the 757 would want to eat at down one side of the mall. The other side should be entertainment. I would love to see this mall be brought back to life before I leave the 757 for good one day. God help us

The place I went to in the mall was suppose to open at 11am but didn't. My wife had special order a baseball hat for my son that was gonna play in a baseball game at 2pm the person or owner went in the store grab the deposit and was getting ready to leave this was at 12:15 I ask her could she grab the hat she told me to come back in about 30 mins I told her there was no time and I still had a 45 min drive finally she went back in and got the hat some people just don't care about service.

Had a wonderful experience Saturday in purchasing my new phone great customer service I pleasure of having the young lady name Dawson's she was magnificent she made my visit fast comfortable and she was very knowledgeable I kept asking her was she a manager if not she needs to be she know her job very well.
