Clean rooms. Comfy beds and ample parking. In house restaurant had many breakfast options and food was good too. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Just wish the room walls were thicker. It was a bit annoying to hear neighbors next door. Can't complain much for the price, would certainly consider again.
Very clean and comfy ud83dude0d After a long day of driving it was the perfect place to rest our weary bones!! Amazing shower and yummy breakfast the next morning to send us contently on our way. My room was nice and my bed was comfortable however I had to take a cold shower because the hot water was not working in my room and when I asked the front desk is there something wrong with the hot water they said not that they’re aware of but will have maintenance look into it. The Front desk said that they were sorry but that was it. I checked out a couple hours later and nothing was fixed. Paying full price to take a cold shower is unacceptable and I will stay elsewhere when I’m in town.
Looked like a New holiday inn but everything could us a face lift, repair and better cleaning. Room I stayed in had pealing wallpaper & dirty caulking around tub/shower area. Rest of room was pretty clean.nnWas surprised there wasn't social distancing where rooms were concerned. I was booked on a floor where there were rooms all occupied all around me. Stayed in another hotel different location where every other room was booked. So not sure what was going on.nnBreakfast was ok. Everything was boxed or package. Very limited though. Thought they could have put out mini boxes of cereal with mini milk cartons instead of various packages of sweet rolls. It would have been a healthier and just as safe choice for guests.
Our room was great! Staff were super friendly! The pool was open and could’ve been warmed but still useable. Our only complaint was the parking lot. There was a storm a couple days before we arrived and the parking lot was a sheet of snow and ice. None of the side walks were shoveled off so you had to pull your luggage through about 2-3 inches of snow and hope you didn’t fall.
