Friendly staff, clean room. They were under construction with elevator repairs, but I can still use the stairs and had no problem. I would definitely consider them as a stop in the future. Would love to give 5 stars, but they're fixing things right now so I need to be as accurate as I can.
Don't judge a book by its cover! Yes the exterior is ready for a makeover but the amenities inside are well worth your stay!nnI called here after I was somewhat rudely handled at the QI south of this on I-81. The lady insisted that I must reveal my federally protected (HIPPA) medical information & declare what service my licensed dog provides to me. How is QI management getting away with this?nnThe room is fresh with remodel and very clean. My housekeeper left butter mints at the night stand to welcome me.nnTo boot it all, they are serving a limited breakfast that you can SIT DOWN to enjoy!!! To the contrary, the previous front desk call almost sounded thrilled to announce their webpage declares they are NOT serving any breakfast.nnIt was $8 more to stay in this property and SOOOOO worth it. I travel for business and many times stay as much as 20 nights a month in a different hotel. This one is getting marked as a favorite!
If you pave over the grass in the middle parking lot you would have room for vehicles with trailers
Great place. Staff and community kind and friendly. Nice pool also!
