I had some issues through Booking and the hotels system. There was a night clerk named Zach working. With his patience and my patience we worked through it. So no big deal things happen.nPros:nThe bed was super comfy.nCoffee was pretty good.nStaff was friendly and helpful.nClose to stores.nThe hotel was quiet.nPet friendly.nCons:nThere is not many outlets.nRoom was a little snug.nAir conditioner was not working properly.nNeeds a little cleaning.nnI hope the company will make some changes. Maybe getting an alarm clock with some input outlets on the night stand. It’s a Simple fix, but can be costly. Maybe rearranging the furniture could help with the snug part. As far as the cleaning. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Almost all of them have the same cleaning issues. I let the manager know.nnI would stay here again.

Wish I could leave 0, service was awful the room smelled funny. The first full day me and my fiancé stayed the room didn’t get serviced or offered to be serviced, my fiancé tried to call the front desk and found that the phone was being used for a personal call. When we left the next morning the sheets slid off the bed where we found blood stains on the mattress, when I brought this to the managers attention he said that has never happen and wouldn’t happen and continued to deny it even after I showed him pictures and refused to come to our room to look.

Excellent customer service. Breakfast sparse due to Covid I guess. Beds too soft this time. Next time will request firm mattresses.

Comfy bed, clean rooms, great deal for the price. Hallway smells a bit smokey but rooms are clean and quiet.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is not new, but it is very clean. Staff is really nice and helpful. Great place for a quick stop (or even a longer stay) if you aren't super picky about extra amenities.
