Med-Rare Tuna over their Caesar Salad is as good as lunch gets. Iced tea is top notch. Servers are very good. Only downside is the time it takes, from walking in to walking out.... if lunch could occur in a little bit more timely manner, I would be tempted to eat here daily.

You get your money's worth at Gianna's! The staff is masked up and they have 50% capacity inside and they also have outside seating. We felt safe and had delicious food in generous portions. Definitely going back!

I ordered the meatball and penne with a Caesar salad on the side. The timeliness of the order being served to the table is punctual, because they give you the bread and salad first. By the time you finish the side salad and bread, your main entrée should be ready. The meatballs are delicious and firm (but not too firm). The pizzeria is very generous with the sauce (which is a good thing), and the restaurant gives you a good portion. You should be full by the time you finish. The sweet tea is not too sweet, and it still has flavor. The lemons served with the tea were absolutely fresh. You will have a good time here, despite the pricey food.

We love, love, love Gianna's Pizzeria! The buffalo wings are a serving of 10 and they are excellent. They are fried, not breaded, and served in a buffalo sauce. They are not the small wing-dings that you get most places, they are a good size for the price. We also love the garlic knots. They are delicious! The bread is always baked perfectly. They have butter, garlic, and sprinkle of cheese on them. Served fresh from the oven with a delicious tomato sauce. Yum! Makes my mouth water just talking about them. I try a different pasta dish every time I go and they have all been excellent so far. I had the lasagna today. So good. It's layered with ricotta cheese and meat sauce and they bake it with lots of cheese on top. Comes out bubbling hot, and it's so delicious. The spaghetti with meat sauce is always a go-to favorite. We like the pizza and stromboli too. The dough they use for the bread and pizza is excellent. They have subs too. They are stuffed full and taste delicious. If we are craving pasta we head to Gianna's...even thought it's about 45 minutes from our house. It's worth the trip every time.

We’ve been living in the Suffolk area on and off for quite a few years and never visited this place until this week. A friend of ours gave us a gift certificate, so we gave it a try. We placed a take out order and absolutely loved everything. I had the crab and shrimp pasta with champagne sauce. It had plenty of crab meat. The shrimp were huge! I ate a good portion, and had plenty for leftovers. It was phenomenal!! My husband had the veal Parmesan and love it! My kids had a cheese pizza and loved it! We will definitely be back very soon!!
