This is a tough one. It is easily our favorite Mexican restaurant around and anywhere near..but it doesn't come without its flaws, too.nn8 out of 10, it is a 5-star experience. The times it isn't all too stellar is because the salsa is bland or the service is a little lacking.nnOverall though, it is a go-to place where you don't leave disappointed. When the chips and salsa are on-point, it's a good day in the neighborhood!
This was beyond amazing!! We were a BIG family that went in an hour before close.... Our server if I’m not mistaken is Salvador, he was very kind and exceptional! Helped each and everyone of us , made sure we were well attended. Our food came out in good timing and the food was absolutely delicious!! We are not from around here but if we were to come back to Winchester this will definitely be our lunch/dinner again! Thanks so much for such a great experience and dinner :)
Have only been here once but the food was excellent! My partner and I got take out due to COVID-19 so the interaction with the staff was minimal but they were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout. They were quite busy when we got there to pick up but they still had our order ready in less than 30 minutes from the time it was initially placed. Again the food was delicious and well made. Dessert was great as well! Everything was well packaged and stayed warm until we got home (about 15 minutes later) My one complaint would be that they did not give us any utensils to eat with which was not a big deal due to the fact we went home to eat but if we had planned to eat elsewhere this could have been an issue. Overall though very good experience and we definitely plan to return.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Winchester. Great food and great service. The staff is very pleasant and take great care of their customers.
Service was good. However we've been going there since opened. Food quality has really declined. So sad.
