Great company to work with. This is the second time I have dealt with Fitch Specialties and both experiences were great. This time was a bit of an emergency since our water heater went out. Tim came out the very next day and installed a new tankless water heater. Service was fast, communication was great and the price was reasonable. He is an expert in his field for sure. I would definitely recommend this company!

Tim Fitch was recommended to me by several neighbors who had their tankless water heaters replaced and he did not disappoint. We had been without heat and hot water for the weekend and my regular plumber was sick. I called Fitch Specialties and Mr. Fitch responded troubleshooted the problem and had us up and thawing out.
Tim came out to provide a quote after my water heater finally died. Not only was he able to get me on the schedule quickly, he was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He helped me through some issues with my home warranty, which allowed me to secure the maximum reimbursement. Overall, very happy!
When our hot water tank began to leak we had Fitch Specialties replace it with a tankless unit. It has given us incredibly reliable hot water and peace-of-mind that our home won't be flooded again. Thanks guys!
